Our Story — In the words of Cindy O'Rourke:

The journey of Grace & Wellness and Grace & Movement began when I discovered a product called the Neuroglide. The results were so incredible that I was inspired to bring it into my own home, setting it up in our basement alongside other wellness tools I had personally found life-changing for our family. And now with over 40 years of experience with dance, theatre, and teaching, I am very excited to create a faith-based environment to bless others in their endeavors in dance, fitness and the arts. Come join us as we strive to bring the arts back to Christ.

Having walked through the challenges of raising adopted children from difficult backgrounds and navigating chronic illnesses in our own family, I leaned a variety of healing practices that had shown proven results over the years. With encouragement from those who believed in this mission, Grace & Wellness was born — a space dedicated to healing, care, and purpose. And now we add the dream of offering a faith-based dance and fitness studio that does not sacrifice technique, but gives quality teaching...Grace & Movement.

What started as a personal journey to support my adopted, disabled daughter has now evolved into something greater: a Wellness Center, Spa, Dance & Fitness Studio with a Purpose. It’s a way for me to provide for my disabled daughter after I'm gone, and also providing a way for giving back to a cause close to my heart; the rescuing and aftercare for children affected by human trafficking. Often, many of us feel as though one of us alone can not really make a difference in the ending of child human trafficking. Well, many of us together can make a difference. Grace & Wellness and Grace & Movement will be giving back by donating 10% of our net profits to Lift Up and Aerial Recovery to help combat this issue.
