Cindy O'Rourke

Owner / Operator / Dance Instructor

Hi, my name is Cindy O'Rourke. I have been dancing for 21 years and teaching for 3, and my passion lies in helping others explore creativity through movement. I love creating a space where dancers can find their flow, build confidence, and enjoy the art of dance.

Gena Buckley

Dance Instructor / Fitness Instructor

Gena Buckley brings nearly 40 years of diverse dance experience to her role as the owner of DanceXcel dance studio in Inver Grove Heights. A competitive dancer in various styles, including tap, pointe, and jazz, she is also a proud alumna of the state champion Eastview High School dance team. Gena’s impressive background includes being a former Minnesota Vikings cheerleader and serving as a judge for the Minnesota State High School League. She has coached high school dance teams and received multiple awards for her innovative choreography. Her dance journey has taken her from the vibrant dance scene of New York City to numerous studios throughout the Twin Cities. Eager to share her extensive knowledge, Gena looks forward to incorporating her experiences into dance fitness classes that empower others to achieve their fitness goals. As a devoted mother to two active boys involved in sports, Gena understands the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She enjoys fitness activities, particularly dance fitness and strength training, to keep up with their busy schedules. Gena is excited to inspire others through her passion for dance, fitness, and healthy living in her classes at Grace and Wellness.

Megan Fuerstenberg

Dance Instructor / Fitness Instructor

Megan Fuerstenberg is a passionate and experienced dance educator who grew up dancing competitively at Shana’s Dance Studio, where she developed a strong technical foundation and a deep love for the art of dance. She went on to study at Minnesota State University, Mankato, earning her degree with a minor in Dance. While in college, she taught at Dance Express, gaining hands-on experience and discovering the joy of helping young dancers grow in both skill and confidence. She currently teaches at Premier Dance Academy, where she’s known for her positive energy, supportive teaching style, and love for watching students learn and thrive through movement. Now, Megan is thrilled to begin a new chapter at Grace and Movement — a place where she can share not only her passion for dance but also her faith. She is excited to inspire and encourage dancers in both their creative and spiritual journeys.
